Our Story
We became Support Coordinators because we saw how overwhelming and complex the NDIS can feel for participants and families. While the scheme is designed to create opportunity and independence, navigating funding, providers, reviews, and changing needs can quickly become stressful without the right guidance. We wanted to be a team that brings clarity, structure, and confidence to that process.
Working within the disability sector, we have seen firsthand the difference that strong coordination makes — not just in connecting services, but in building stability and long-term outcomes. When supports are aligned and communication is clear, participants are empowered to focus on their goals rather than paperwork or system barriers.
Becoming Support Coordinators allows us to combine practical problem-solving with meaningful, person-centred work. Our focus is on being proactive rather than reactive, ensuring participants feel supported, informed, and genuinely heard throughout their NDIS journey.

With over five years of experience working within the NDIS space, we bring a strong and practical understanding of how the scheme operates in real-world settings.
